The new ordering system allows you to place orders that will be processed automatically. You can see prices of all products and if they are on stock or not. In case something is out of stock you can choose to be informed by email one week before the given products will be available.

How to use the new ordering system

REGISTRATION

First you have to register. Fill all the necessary fields.

In case you will want to arrange transport by yourself you have to specify that in each order before submiting it.

LOGIN

Once you are registered you can log in. You login using your email address and password.

SUBMITING AN ORDER

Before submiting the order you will have to confirm the delivery address. In case you want goods with parity ex Works (you pick them up yourself) you have to specify that.

After you submit your order you receive an email from us.

ORDER CONFIRMATION (final pro forma)

If all products ordered are denominated as "available" and all conditions on the order confirmation/pro forma are OK you have to confirm your order and send copy of the bank transfer where you have to remember to specify the order confirmation number to help us identify the reason of the payment.

Goods will prepared and packed and be ready for shipment.

We can organize the transport to you or you can take care about that by yourself, in that case parity will be "Ex Works Diveproduction"

PROVISIONAL ORDER CONFIRMATION

If any of the ordered products are indicated as "to be confirmed", or in case ordered quantities might be too high you will not receive a final order confirmation but just a provisional one (denomminated as "quantity to be confirmed") that means you will have to wait for a comfirmation of availability, that you will receive within 24 hours after confirming the provisional order confirmation.

NON AVAILABLE PRODUCTS

If the products you are interested in are not available, you can see the availability date and if you want you can receive an email 7 days before the goods will be on stock.

TRANSPORT COSTS

Will be calculated as below, depending where you want us to ship the goods and on the volume and weight but not depending on the quantities

Sweden, Norway, Denmark - 12,5 Euro up to 20 Euro per shipment
Other countries outside EU - 20 Euro up to 30 Euro per shipment
Other EU countries - 7 Euro and 10 Euro per shipment
Czech republic - 2 Euro per shipment
